The 2009 IPFW student road trip is scheduled for Saturday, Jan, 17, and the first 200 students to sign up to redeem free road trip tickets from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14, or Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Athletics Table at the Oakland Center Food Court will be permitted to go along.
Redeemed free tickets will entitle students to free transportation, free meals and free game-day tickets for the men's and women's game vs. IPFW.
The trip will begin with free breakfast at Vandenberg Cafeteria at 9 a.m. Buses are scheduled to leave from Vandenberg at 10 a.m. and a special event reception and lunch will be held at the Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind., at 2:30 p.m. The OU women's and men's basketball will play IPFW at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively.
All participants must have a trip ticket to participate in the event. Those unable to obtain a trip ticket in person should call the Athletics Office at (248) 370-3161.
