OU employees will have the opportunity to make decisions about their benefits during the Open Enrollment and Health Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Oakland Center Banquet Rooms. Vendors will be on hand to answer questions and discuss various plan options.
Open enrollment will run from Wednesday, Oct. 29, through Friday, Nov. 14. Open enrollment is the only period each year when OU employees are eligible to make changes to their benefit elections without experiencing a life-status change. All enrollment decisions must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14, and be in effect from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2009.
