Andrew Goldberg is awarded $245,000 from the E. Matilda Ziegler Foundation for the Blind


Associate Professor of Biomedical Sciences Andrew Goldberg of the Eye Research Institute was awarded a quarter million dollar grant from the E. Matilda Ziegler Foundation for the Blind. Goldberg's laboratory studies the elaborate cellular architecture of retinal photoreceptors, the rods and cones, to try and understand the cellular and molecular underpinnings for several types of inherited and acquired eye disease.
