WOCOU (Week of Champions at Oakland University), themed "WOCOU will rock yOU," runs Oct. 13-17, 2008. View the full WOCOU calendar of events, starting with the annual kickoff in the Pioneer Food Court, featuring live music by the MEGA 80s band, free WOCOU t-shirts, birthday cake and ice cream, and ending with Midnite Madnezz on Friday evening. Also part of the week's celebration are two community service projects: a canned food drive for Baldwin Community Center in Pontiac and Stamps for Soldiers. The drives aim to enrich the lives of the less fortunate and to honor U.S. soldiers during the upcoming holiday season.
