The student team that brought horror fans Friday the 13th LIVE! and Halloween LIVE! present Nightmare on Elm Street LIVE! in the Varner Lab Theatre October 26-31, 2008.

Many years ago, a man named Fred Krueger kidnapped and murdered local children whom lived on Elm Street. When the parents found out they banned together and put a stop to this menace. Now, the new kids of Springwood are experiencing terrible Nightmares, featuring a man with knives for fingers. But are they really just bad dreams?

Find out, when Freddy Krueger haunts your nightmares in A Nightmare on Elm Street LIVE!, a student produced stage show adapted for stage by Ryan Falcheck
and Denver Surgener and directed by Brian Papandrea and Ryan Falcheck.

Shows are at 10:30 p.m. October 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31, with a midnight show on October 31. There will also be a costume contest on October 31. Tickets are just $5, and available at the Varner Box Office, open Tuesday-Friday, 3-6 p.m. and one hour before performances. Tickets are also sold in Oakland Center from noon-1 p.m. Monday through Friday, and at the door, although these shows always sell out - arrive early if you're buying tickets at the door.
