Each year, more alumni, faculty, staff and friends of Oakland University decide to make a difference by supporting Kresge Library. Just last year, over 160 donors made commitments of more than $27,000. This includes gifts of individual books, videos and sound recordings as well as entire collections, cash donations, pledges and planned gifts. Donations of all types and amounts make a difference to our students and faculty by supporting research, teaching and learning.

The Charter Challenge Endowment funds the preservation of the university archives. These archives are a historical repository of records representing Oakland University's first 50 years... and beyond.
With a gift of just $50 or more you can “Adopt a Book”to honor or recognize a student, faculty member, family member or friend.
Gifts can be designated to support a certain collection or space in the library.
Through the All University Fund Drive, President Russi will match with 50 cents on the dollar each dollar given by current and retired faculty and staff. The AUFD kicks off October 23.
