Now in its eighth year, the 2008 AUTOe conference promises to deliver pragmatic insight into the state of information technologies within the auto industry by the thought leaders best equipped to do so—automotive CIOs. The conference will be held at Oakland University April 24-25.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Collaborating for Superior Products.”
On Thursday, April 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., AUTOe will present the CIO Spotlight, featuring John Crary, Lear Corporation; William McFarlane, Continental Automotive; Ryan Spencer, Takata Corporation; Kevin Timms, Ford Motor Company; and Joe Drouin, TRW Automotive.
On Friday, April 25 there will be workshops from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Workshops on virtual team collaboration and product lifecycle management (PLM) will be offered.
Platinum sponsors for AUTOe include BTO and Covisint. Gold sponsors include Adobe, Apriso and Powerway.
AUTOe will be held in the Oakland Center. Cost to attend the two-day event is $495. Learn more and register online at the AUTOe Web site.
