The 13th Annual Educators Recruiting Day, presented by Oakland University's Career Services Department, is Wednesday, April 30, 2008, in the Oakland Center Banquet Rooms. This event is a unique opportunity for recent OU graduates and alumni from the School of Education to participate in multiple scheduled interviews for teaching positions at numerous local and out-of-state schools and school districts.
To sign up for interview slots, education graduates are required to be registered with Career Services’ online database, OUCareerLink. Interview sign-ups begin March 3, 2008, and end April 18, 2008. If you are not registered with OUCareerLink, visit Career Services in 275 West Vandenberg Hall to register. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
School and district interview schedules will be added to OUCareerLink as schools and districts continue to register for this event. Interview schedules fill up quickly, so sign up for interview slots as soon as they are posted.
