Young Professionals of Rochester enjoy Parade, set upcoming meeting

The Young Professionals of Rochester (YPR) group hosted a gathering at Mixx Salon and Spa in downtown Rochester on Sunday, Dec. 2. More than 30 people attended the event, which featured catering from Outback Steakhouse, as well as a great view of the Rochester Hometown Christmas Parade from the second floor balcony of the salon.

The next YPR meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 24 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Caribou Coffee at 1413 North Rochester Road in Rochester Hills. Bring your friends and colleagues to share ideas and give input on the future of YPR in an informal roundtable format. There is no charge to attend and food and drink specials will be offered. The Young Professionals of Rochester group is co-sponsored by the Oakland University Alumni Association and the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce. YPR strives to provide leadership and mentoring opportunities to young professionals by advancing professional and business development with a focus on civic, cultural, and educational interests for the benefit of Rochester, Rochester Hills and Oakland Township.
